Joe & Jill: We LOVE fitness, and are so happy to share this passion with others. Joe and I have a lot of experience in health and fitness. I have taught aerobics, and trek for 4 years, and I love it. Joe won the Golds Gym competition, and since then has organized 5 other competitions. We are Currently P90X coaches, and absolutely LOVE what we do. Our kids are also very involved, and we enjoy doing these things as a family.
